My Feel Good Journal – Day 19
Here are my 4-G’s for Day 19:

Goin’: Walked around a native plant sale for a bit today. Plan to move more tomorrow.
Greens: I didn’t get a chance to make a smoothie or juice…so I grabbed a green juice at WaWa (convenience store) – mildly healthy (I think).
So I just looked up the “Naked Juice” I had and turns out it’s not so good. Read the article about juices over on FoodBabe.com

Gratitude:
I am grateful for getting to play in the dirt (aka garden).
I am grateful for the delicious cup of chai tea I had with stevia and almond milk.
I am grateful for learning more about Ghandi. (seriously – on last night’s Daily Show they interviewed, Ramachandra Guha, author of Ghandi Before India )
