My Feel Good Journal – Day 17
I’m a little over 1/2 way through posting 30 days of my Feel Good Journal. I must say – I’m happy to be half way through! Even after day 30, though, I’m still going to be journaling with pen and paper – old school style.
Here are my 4-G’s for Day 17:
What are “The 4-G’s of Feeling Good”? – find out HERE.
Goin’: Walked – a lot! At least 3 miles. Some of which was on some really soft beach sand – what a pain in the rear that is to walk through!
Doug, Soc and I went to Island Beach State Park looking for red foxes and ospreys. We found both. Also did some geocaching – always fun 🙂
Greens: Green smoothie this morning (usual ingredients).
Givin’: I gave myself a break today. After doing all that walking and it being close to that time of the month – I am exhausted! When we got home Soc joined me on the couch and we took a nice long nap.
I also “clicked to give” today.
Gratitude:
I am grateful for the sound and smells of the ocean waves crashing on the beach.
I am grateful for the friendly red foxes we saw today.
I am grateful for being “down the shore” when not many other people are there – pre-Memorial Day.
Making “Feeling Good” choices like these all started with doing the “4-G’s”! I’d love it if you joined me in doing the “4-G’s” – grab your free copy of my book that explains it all “Get Back on the Feel Good Train: 4 Simple Strategies for Getting You Back on Track” HERE. and there’s a printable journal sheet too!
I’d love to hear your 4-G’s…. share ’em below…
