Drop the Tizzy! Just Be and Just Breathe
Ever have one of those days when things are just in a tizzy?
Everyone is running around, it’s rush, rush, rush!
In a hurry and getting nowhere fast!
Gotta get out of the house QUICKLY – Now, Now, NOW!
It’s gonna snow – Gotta get milk and bread – HURRY!
Gotta get to where I’m going NOW! Everyone is driving too slow! Ride their bumper, beep the horn, pass ’em!!
What IS the rush?
Seriously – why?
Does getting all worked up in a frenzy really help anything?
Does it make you feel good? How about those around you?
It makes me feel ill. Just totally yucky! I don’t like it one bit!
It’s times like this that I remind myself to just be and just breathe.
Tweet It!
Those are the two most basic things that we are here to do.
Be
- be where you are now – NOW is all we have anyway.
- be present
- be yourself
- be happy!
Breathe
- the automatic and often un-noticed function that keeps us alive.
- inhale slowly and deeply filling up your entire insides.
- exhale just as slow and let go off all the “tizziness”!
Get yourself centered and re-connected to your true nature – your true self.
Put a smile on your face 🙂
Now ask yourself… What is really, truly important?
Probably not most of the stuff you were wrapped up in 😉
