Do I “feel good” today?  – Heck Yes!  Did I do all the “4-G’s”… N0.  The main thing is that I feel good!  And I’ll make sure to do the “4-G’s” tomorrow so that I stay on the “Feel Good Train” 🙂

Goin’: Seriously – nothing.  Walked to the car, walked into the Diner….and back.  It has been chilly and raining here ALL day and will be doing the same tomorrow.

Oh… one thing I did do was the “Rebalance Sequence” from the MELT Method book.  My lower back has been bothering me again (I made the mistake of stretching forward and – yowza! not a good idea!).  Anyways… that “Rebalance Sequence” is truly magic…and simple.  And look what I found… instructions on how to do the Rebalance Sequence HERE.

Greens:  I did have an omelet with veggies today.

Givin’: “click to give”  .  I really need to find other ways to “give” too!

Gratitude:

I am grateful for being an entrepreneur.

I am grateful for being able to create my life however I want it to be.  As He-Man said… “I have the power!”

I am grateful for choices – a seemingly unlimited array of choices.

Today was cold and dreary considering the warm sunny spring weather we were having!  Needless to say… I did NOT spend any more time outside today than I had to.  Good news…it’s supposed to be a bit warmer tomorrow!  Bad news….it is going to be raining – a lot!

Even so…. I Feel HAPPY!

Goin’: Not much at all for today – just spent some time walking around Lowes!

Greens:  Large salad for lunch.  Picked it up at my local “WaWa” (convenience store)

Givin’: “click to give” and gave time to help a friend.

Gratitude:

I am grateful for watching Blacklist with Mom – it’s our Tuesday thing.  We watch it “on demand”.

I am grateful for not having to cook dinner!

I am grateful for clean sheets on the bed.

Today was a good day 🙂  The weather was beautiful and I got out for a 1/2 hour walk.  The next 2 days are supposed to be cooler with rain all day 🙁   Maybe I’ll still go for a walk in the rain.  Do you?

Goin’: Walked with the dog for about 30 minutes.  Picked up the pace a bit this time 🙂

Soc (the dog) really helps to get me up and “goin'”.  I was doing work stuff (in 25 minute spurts) and had just extended the time a bit.  Soc would not leave me alone!  “Let’s go for a walk! Let’s go for a walk!”.  I realized that 1.) he was going to continue annoying me.  2.) I really did need a break.  3.)  I knew that I’d be more productive after getting out in the sunshine for a while.

Greens:  Green smoothie – whole head of romaine lettuce 🙂  Usual fruit and nuts.

Gratitude:

I am grateful for my dog who always reminds me to take sanity breaks when working.

I am grateful for choosing to eat healthy today.  (I had cravings for salty, greasy things).

I am grateful for getting to talk with Kathleen Bloom who gave me some great business ideas and direction.
