Do I “feel good” today? – Heck Yes! Did I do all the “4-G’s”… N0. The main thing is that I feel good! And I’ll make sure to do the “4-G’s” tomorrow so that I stay on the “Feel Good Train” 🙂

Goin’: Seriously – nothing. Walked to the car, walked into the Diner….and back. It has been chilly and raining here ALL day and will be doing the same tomorrow.
Oh… one thing I did do was the “Rebalance Sequence” from the MELT Method book. My lower back has been bothering me again (I made the mistake of stretching forward and – yowza! not a good idea!). Anyways… that “Rebalance Sequence” is truly magic…and simple. And look what I found… instructions on how to do the Rebalance Sequence HERE.
Greens: I did have an omelet with veggies today.
Givin’: “click to give” . I really need to find other ways to “give” too!
