Winter Berries Mandala (#17)

This mandala was created with a picture of a Holly Tree branch.

Here is the original:

I was thrilled to be playing with that “brokah” stuff – object in focus in the front, with the back being blurred.

I took this photo on a VERY COLD winter’s day.  These berries were pretty much the only pop of color that I could find in the dead of winter. at the state park we were at.

Sun Burst Mandala (#16)

I love rainbows and am thrilled that I found a picture that created a mandala with a rainbow colored flower in the center!

In general, a pretty poor picture.  But taking that sun burst and reflection and putting it into the mandala worked out quite nicely 🙂  Yet another example of being able to take an “eh” picture and turning it into something wonderful.  This picture was taken at Goshen Pond in Wharton State Forest (NJ) during the winter.
